How to Shop
Please place all orders on this site, using our secure checkout and payment process, which we hope you will find simple and painless.
We do not have retail premises to accommodate personal callers for orders or returns.
We mail to the UK only, although some items are not available to the “highlands and islands” due to their size or weight and the limitations imposed by delivery companies. These limitations are stated in the product pages, where appropriate.
Completion of a Contract
When placing an order with Home at Christmas, a contract will exist as soon as an accepted payment method is received by us and the sale completed.
This isn’t like sending your Christmas list to Santa, you will need to make your payment in order to receive your order please…
You will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm receipt of your order. If this does not arrive, please check your spam folders, letting us know if it is still missing please.

Discount & Voucher Codes
Any codes that you find on discount code websites are not genuine. Our best price is always offered on our website.
Should any discount be offered directly to you by Home at Christmas, then the discount code should be quoted at checkout and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
Bulk & Multiple Purchases
We offer the same competitive price to all customers, irrespective of order size.
However, if you would like to make bulk purchases, where you consider lower prices may be appropriate, please feel free to reach out to us. It doesn’t hurt to ask and Santa certainly won’t put you on his naughty list for doing so!
Wholesale & Trade Orders
Neither Home at Christmas nor Crafty Capers Ltd are wholesalers and we do not offer trade discounts as we do not sell goods suitable for resale.
Prices & VAT
All prices are dynamic and will vary from time to time. Any price changes will not affect any orders already completed.
All prices and transactions are in £sterling.
Crafty Capers Ltd is VAT registered, our VAT number is GB917547892. A VAT invoice is automatically emailed to all customers, you do not need to request this.
Health & Safety
We know that glitter doesn’t go up your nose and crafts scissors shouldn’t be used to trim up the family pet, but not all kids do…
For safety reasons, we would suggest that no item purchased from Home at Christmas, is given to, or used by, any child under three years of age. Please follow all other age recommendations on the goods and the listing details.
Please exercise extra care with plastic bags, adhesives, scissors and other items we sell as they can expose the crafters, and those younger than them, to risk of harm if misused.
Please ensure that the appropriate supervision given and safety warnings are noted and acted upon accordingly.
